Summary: I had no hot tub and was given a triple room less footage than my prebooked deluxe double room. There were no robes and the towels are poor, which is a real shame as everything else was so well presented. The breakfast is excellent a wide variety and plenty of it.

Summary: Review: This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and once again the experience was absolutely magical. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist Gerta for her kindness, as well as to the manager for his exceptional hospitality. We were even upgraded for the last two days to a room with a jacuzzi, which made our stay even more memorable. The room decor is modern and beautiful. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and halal. The gym is also a great added bonus. The hotel is very well located, about 10 minutes by car from Tirana city center. There are many shops nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel also offers parking. The area is very quiet and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful stay. During our first visit in April 2024, we came as a family with our children and booked two very spacious triple rooms. We enjoyed it so much that we came back this year, this time as a couple. A place we highly recommend without hesitation.
