Summary: A great place to stay during your Vrindavan visit. Food was great Difficult to get to the hotel after 5.00 PM and staff offer no assistance at all. They say it’s half kilometer but ends up 1.5 km. This hotel is not suitable for westerners !!!! Period

Summary: During my recent stay at Triptam Hotel in Vrindavan, I had a mixed experience. While the property and overall environment were pleasant, I found that a couple of the male reception staff were not as helpful as expected and, on a few occasions, came across as somewhat rude. I believe improving the attitude and responsiveness at the reception would greatly enhance the guest experience. On a positive note, the security personnel were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Chowdhury for his kindness and for sharing his business card. I would certainly consider visiting again, as I enjoyed my stay overall. However, I kindly request that attention be given to improving the reception staff’s service to make future visits even better.

Summary: Some staff friendly, tried best to help with issues. Location is good as can walk to local places easily. Room relatively clean, however dropping item that went under bed, room needs heavy dusting as there is carpet of dust that hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
