Summary: Perfect location and plenty of room for two families plus some! Our bed was very comfortable. The deck and grill area were nice. Several of the light fixtures need to be repaired and/or light bulbs replaced. The kitchen needed a thorough cleaning.

Summary: Off season trip. Last minute. Great location if planning a float trip. Plenty of beds cool rustic feel. Might bring paper plates ect… no dish washer scrubber or device to wash dishes after. Liked it great porch. Fun 1 night stay Ken the owner is there to help great communication Thanks Ken we had fun
