Negative: No Soundproofing between the upper and lower units. We could hear loud footsteps and conversation. The noise didn’t go on late but was very intrusive

Positive: The town is beautiful and a lovely place to spend a little time, but this property in particular is still very rustic. The clerk in the shop/ cafe/reception was very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The rooms are small and with 2 couples, there is little place for suitcases and belongings. Some hooks in the rooms and bathroom would go a long way to alleviate that. The bed was comfortable, but the floor was not even and the “vent” over the stove was just a plastic dryer vent hose. There was confusion over the breakfast venue (there was a Closed for the season sign on the door )- which did get sorted the second day.

Summary: Our stay, though short, was very memorable. It was a bit of an effort to carry the suitcases to the first floor.

Positive: We had the whole top floor of a two story building. There as a kitchen, two bedrooms and a living area. It was located near to most things but we had to go to another location to get the keys.

Negative: The cable tv had very few stations.

Summary: Nice living area, centrally located with limited tv.

Positive: We liked the convenience. Lovely location and place to stay on the peninsula. Could walk to the restaurant and the food was very good. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed our Trinity visit If I make it back to Newfoundland would be sure to return there.
