Positive: Amazing view, great facilities, especially the gym and the indoor pool on the 18th floor. Good kitchen, well equipped, and we needed it since we have small kids that are picky eaters. Great to have garage in the building. It was great to have daily cleaning service with bed being made.

Negative: Cleaning ladies keep changing daily and some of them were good, some of them were not competent. Small issue: I asked to get replenish the shampoo in one of the bathrooms, but she added more lotion instead, and even after telling her to correct it, it wasn't done until the next day I showed her what to do. One of the cleaning ladies didn't do a good job cleaning the bathroom.

Positive: Excellent apartment - high floor and we enjoyed the terrace a lot. Best service 5* concierge was very helpful with all our requests - above of expectations. Very good bed facilities, a ventilation and a quiet A/C. Big space and very good design. Thank you very much for your hospitality and sure we will be back next time!

Negative: there is a problem with the second bathroom/shower --as the base shower level is the same hight as the bathroom floor a lot of water comes into the room and my daughter fell down TWICE after coming out of the shower no injuries besides bruising but it could have been a lot worse --she is only 14 so very agile ----it is very dangerous for an older person !

Positive: The stay was excellent. Everything was new and finished to a high standard. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. Stunning sea view, overlooking the promenade. A 20-minute walk along the promenade to the city center (where there is a recommended restaurant called Dine 3.6.9). Daily cleaning service and fresh towels. No words – a true five-star experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Negative: The noise caused by the Israeli group lasted until midnight — loud music, shouting, and screaming. We contacted the staff, who managed to quiet them down.

Summary: A wonderful experience.
