Summary: Fantastic location right in the heart of Sitka. A little hard to find but just off a main street. Unit is good but needs a little TLC - chairs in dining room really beat up and one chair is missing. Pillows should be replaced as well as faucet in the kitchen. There is no dishwasher - the owner should put one it. Laundry is not in the unit but just next door. It's coin operated and there is only one washer and dryer for 4 units. Management company was great and responsive.
