Summary: The hotel setting is exemplary with its own grounds and the pool was very nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained but I over explored into the Oberoi (adjoining) and was almost told to get back to my hotel, quite stuffy. The food was expensive for the quality, the Chinese dish was over salty and the hotel did manage to refund me for this. In my room, housekeeping cleaned rooms late and on the last day randomly put birthday balloons and messages all over, not what I wanted when I had an early flight to catch and especially since it wasn’t my birthday. The young housekeeping team sledding seem to understand with little English but I explained to reception, not what you expect from a hotel of this standing, really put me off staying at other Trident properties in other Indian cities, left unhappy sadly

Summary: It was clean, staff were great but the food especially in the Dinning Room was terrible and the price even worst. Shiity food and horrendous prices leaves a bad taste in your mouth and a hole in your wallet. Makhan Gill April 6-8th 2025

Summary: Beautiful property in amazing gardens. I loved the pool too. Only 1 restaurant but excellent buffet. The gym a/c wasn’t working when I arrived. I was amazed to find it in such a bad state. But after complaining direct to the GM it was fixed when I returned the next day.
