Summary: Great staff. Comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with huge choice. Location was excellent - literally right next to Noord metro & 5 minute ride to Centraal. Could not fault the place. My only minor grumble was the towels were tiny & poor quality, but that’s literally the only thing that could be improved.

Summary: Breakfast was excellent. My favorite option was fresh bread, smoked salmon and cream cheese. Enjoyed the coffee too. Of course the staff was second to none! Professional, friendly, courteous, and customer oriented. Thanks to everyone for making my stay unforgettable.

Summary: Location is perfect, right outside the metro and only two stops away from central - about 8 minutes and can continue on to other stops in Amsterdam, took about 30 mins from the airport too. Hotel is lovely, nice modern clean rooms, great service

Summary: The room was clean, quite , big bathroom confortable bed and pillows. Coffee machine, little fridge and welcome bottles of water. The hotel is less that 5 minutes walking from the metro Noor station and it is only 2 station from the central station, very convenient, at the corner you can find a mini market The hotel does not really restaurant, they do only pizza but at the metro station you can fine restaurants with variety of Thai, Indian, sushi, hamburgers If I go back to Amsterdam for sure

Summary: I stayed with my two daughters for a festival. We didn't really speak to any staff while there. Hotel as such was fine. We were charged 26 euros in extra fees after having paid it all in advance. Very Las Vegas style and a reason to never stay again - out of self-respect.
