The Penthouse
Private penthouse located on the fourth floor of a little Roman building with elevator, deep in the heart of the City.
The accommodation is made up of two floors, well decorated and equipped with all modern comforts.
On the first floor of the apartment there is a large sunny sofa area with parquet floor and vaulted ceiling.
A small fireplace gives character and authenticity to the house and makes the room suitable for Family reunion or just to get relaxed on the comfy black leather sofa.
On the same floor the main bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, essential therapy after a long day through the Roman glories.
The second bedroom with two single beds is not far from the double room but gives privacy in case of family or group of friends.
From the sofa area we have access to the second floor by an elegant wooden fly of steps which leads directly in the sunny kitchen totally equipped and completely surrounded by the large terrace where it is possible to enjoy breakfast or a candle-light dinner under the romantic Roman sky. The terrace is also provided with table, chairs and enjoys of a panoramic view. Next to the kitchen there is a second bathroom with walking shower.
The Apartment is suitable for maximum 7 people including the double sofa bed on the first floor and the single bed on the second floor.

Located in the middle of the City, between the Shopping district and the Centro Storico, the accommodation is a perfect and strategic spot to easily enjoy the Roman riches.

Summary: Would highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our group of five including two children (8 and 6) and grandma. Great location just minutes from both the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The roof terrace was a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and listen to the bustle of the streets below. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Francesco was super helpful with arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport plus excellent restaurant recommendations.

Summary: Our stay at Trevi Charming Penthouse was fantastic! The apartment was incredibly clean, plenty space for a family of four, the balcony have an unobstructed view of the street directly beneath it. The terrace is more charming than expected, we had many beautiful breakfasts there. It is perfectly located, just a short walk the site, taxi station, bus.. Viviana was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs. Francesco gave us a warm welcome and gave us ample information of the apartment and the city. We felt right at home, Viviana and Francesco were wonderful host, We would stay there again and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area. Nguyen Family

Summary: We had an amazing stay in Rome. The apartment is in the best location between the Trevi fountain and the Panthenon. The area is fantastic with restaurants, shops and our favourite chocolate shop on the corner. Francesco was really helpful and made check-in easy and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We loved Rome and the stay at this flat made it all the more special.

Summary: This was the best location. We loved the upstairs patio! The hosts are wonderful and take the time to tell you all the best places to go. We ate amazing food every day and became friends with the cafe owners downstairs. This apartment was great and I would stay here again.

Summary: Girls trip…..5 ladies on a quick trip to Rome. We had an amazing experience staying in this Penthouse, it was walking distance to all the sights, clean and plenty of room. We loved hanging out on the terrace in the morning and evening. The elevator was a must after waking 25,000 steps a day! The host was wonderful! Met us on arrival and great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend 100%!

Summary: We took our family of 5 to Rome for a fabulous vacation. We really loved our apartment! It was located in a safe, yet action packed area. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The large rooftop porch was my favorite part! The view was awesome! The host was wonderful with answering all my questions pre vacation. During our stay, the apartment contact person "Clara" was superb! She really helped me out when my son unexpectedly ill. I have nothing but positive comments about the apartment itself and the owners.

Summary: We were 5 ladies in our 50s traveling Rome. We loved the apartment. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped! We especially loved the large rooftop terrace to drink coffee in the morning and in wind with a glass of wine in the evening. The location is perfectly central. We walked everywhere.
