Positive: Lovely clean apartment with great air conditioning and convenient check in. Location was perfect and apartment is kept to a high standard.
Negative: Room on floor 1 was perhaps a bit small but not a problem and lots of storage space for luggage.
Summary: Excellent, comfortable and I’ll definitely be back!

Positive: The best apartment I've stayed in for the last few years, for sure. Clean, good central climate control, kitchen, bathroom—all is great. High ceiling in the apartment - this provided more air, and psychologically it was really pleasant to be inside. I even liked the mattresses on the beds — I can't remember a hotel with good mattress I've had lately. The location was good for me as I had some things to do in that area. The host responds really fast and is very polite; also, they know English — it is rare in Poland. I can definitely recommend this hotel!
Negative: The only two small cons I can remember: 1. It was often difficult to find a public parking place on the street to be close to the hotel. 2. There is no elevator. But neither of these items was important for me, to be honest.

Positive: The location and how quickly the staff reacted at 22:30 when our sofa bed turned to be broken and our children were not able to sleep on. We got immediately moved to different property. Sofa bed was fine there,but sadly our bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on the edge of the hill. My husband’s side was fine. We didn’t complain any further as we had no time to deal with. We went for funeral and we had family in priority than our comfort.
Negative: We had to rewash some of the kitchen appliances before use. Bathroom was clean, but shower cabin could do with a good clean, especially where the door is sliding. Tiles you could see where needs some scrubbing too. There was a hole on the floor on in the kitchen, kept on stepping in.
Summary: It was not bad stay,but could have been better.
