Positive: Close to everything in the village! Extremely safe and clean- the cleaning staff were wonderful!

Negative: There was a small crack in between the floor and the wall under the sink in the bathroom that had cockroaches- if it was fixed I believe there would be 0 issues at all!!!

Summary: Extremely clean and beautiful house in the heart of Kimilos- couldn't have asked for a better place!

Positive: The property featured a superior design and infrastructure, ideally situated 500 meters from the village center.

Negative: Essential kitchen items, including paper towels, a frying pan, oil, and vinegar, were unavailable. Furthermore, a cold water issue in the kitchen was experienced on the first day, but our host resolved the problem the following day.

Positive: The room was well equipped with a modern kitchen & bathroom. There was plenty of hot water. Cooking facilities were great. Everything was very clean. Some food items were provided, which was really appreciated for a late arrival. It is located a short walk from the main town. The host was very helpful and responded to questions quickly.

Negative: The location is a 25 minute uphill walk from the port. My arrival was in the dark. The host did his best to help me, but it would be difficult to find your own way night or day with the initial directions that were provided. Some instructions for the induction cooktop would be helpful, too, for those unfamiliar with this appliance.

Positive: Fresh and new, very clean a good location, nice strong shower, comfortable bed, plenty of room for luggage, little terrace

Negative: It was really tricky to find, suggest some well written instructions, not just pics with arrows. No sign on property, suggest a kettle and toaster. I think it could be a little cheaper, just did a month in Greece so a fair idea of value...could be cut 10 euro a night. Owners new to industry so intended as constructive criticism, not really faults
