Positive: I thought the layout of the hotel was great, with lots of options of where to sit, where to go and what to do, in order to keep it interesting over a week. Facilities were great, location was good and everything was clean. The staff were always helpful.

Negative: The food was hit and miss... When they made more local/regional food it was amazing. When they made food that is probably designed to be similar to what most of their guests were used to, it was not so great. For example with the desserts, most of the cakes looked great, but didn't taste great, however the baklava and similar pastries which are more regional were wonderful and varied. As a side note, they had a piano which I was hoping our son could play as he was practicing for a concert, but it proved to be incredibly complex to get a straight answer and simply incorrect reasons came back for why he could not play (such as the electric piano would need tuning...). A shame really.

Summary: Mostly as expected, in a good way.

Positive: The food was good, large variety of choice. Possibility to eat in the beach restaurant for lunch. The animation team was fun. They organise a lot of activities during the day, and every evening there is a different show. The hotel is located at the beach.

Positive: The personnel were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. There was a decent selection of food available, and the location was excellent - very convenient for exploring the area.

Negative: Sometimes WiFi didn’t work well. Maybe some parts of the interior looked like they could use a bit of a refresh

Positive: Wonderful staff, amazing service, great amenities, delicious food and last but not least, exceptional entertainment team. Onur, Haci, Hakan, Merve and all the team are wonderful people. Daria and Derya from guest relations and Berk from the reception team did their absolute best in making this stay memorable, and they sure did. Cesar, Emruallah, Suleyman, Yusuf, Mehmet, Taskin and all other waiters and bartenders are professional at their job, and are great people indeed. Thank you so much for making this vacation a memory for a long time to come. Kudos to all Trendy Verbena Beach staff.
