Positive: Lovely quiet location ,a surprise Cornish tea on arrival jam first ! Absolutely delicious with homemade scones. The host Mark greeted us on arrival and recommended places to visit and the best routes to take, he was spot on as was his suggestion for a Indian curry take away, if you like curry you will not go wrong with Viraj located a short drive away in Bodmin delicious food and very reasonably priced, communication was excellent throughout are stay, the log burner pumped out the heat for nice cosy evenings and is also fully central heated, everything you need is provided and spotlessly clean, just turn up and enjoy, we will be returning soon.

Negative: Nothing not to like.

Summary: Fantastic cottage, host and location - Highly recommended.

Positive: A big thank you to Mark and Zoe (lovely, welcoming couple) who were there to meet and greet us with fresh eggs and homemade scones with fresh cream and Jam. Very tasty indeed! The cottage was cozy, clean, surprisingly spacious even with a group of four. Ideal for bird watching through the window, whilst in the comfort of the settee. So many different birds. I really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again. No complaints at all. Shame it was not cold enough to use the log fire. Our little dog was welcomed too.

Negative: That it is not mine! 😊 There was nothing dislikable.

Summary: We wished we had booked longer than a mini break.

Positive: Great location, nice and quiet. Zoe and Mark were lovely, always on hand to answer any questions or provide helpful advice on the local area, such as recommending the London Inn. Lovely cottage.

Negative: The single track lane for the very last part of the journey (5mins max) may put some people off if they are not too confident drivers, we found it fine and the area is so quiet anyway.
