Positive: The apartment was clean and tidy . Used as a base

Negative: The mattress, to soft Not cleaned properly found items left by previous guests Microwave rusty and n places - didn’t feel safe using it . When reported issue with tv - that was replaced, maintenance man did offer to replace that also but no point by then - should have been checked/ changed before guests arrived. Club Food needs relooking at - was told curry was a chicken tikka - it was dark brown!!!! and it was a chicken madras Garlic bread was partly burnt and lasagna wasn’t cooked / heated properly- pasta was still hard .
