Positive: The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Transportation to and from the airport was very well organized, with a kind and careful driver, which made the arrival and departure very smooth. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Despite the heavy rain during our stay, we enjoyed the massage and yoga sessions, which were very relaxing and well organized. The overall atmosphere is calm and the setting is stunning.

Negative: I travel to Colombia three to four times a year and have stayed in many different places across the country. This time I was traveling with my sisters, so I chose a more expensive accommodation, expecting a higher level of luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat disappointing. Although the location itself is beautiful, we felt that the facilities were quite limited for the price we paid. Activities on site were also very expensive, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. During our visit we experienced extreme rainfall, which severely affected our plans. Water came into the tent, and due to the weather the electricity was unreliable. Of course, the weather is beyond the control of the accommodation, but given the high price, I expected better quality, preparation, and overall comfort. The restaurant offered a very simple menu, which would have been fine if it had been more reasonably priced, but it felt expensive for what was provided. Overall, the setting is lovely, but for the cost, I expected a more refined experience and higher standards in facilities and service.

Positive: We had an excellent stay at Trekker. The rooms are very clean and have an amazing balcony with a view. Also the jacuzzi is amazing to relax. To the lodge belongs a great restaurant, especially the fish dishes were amazing and totally worth the price. Also the staff was extremely friendly. You can get there either by 4WD, moto taxi (which is a cool and adventurous experience) or hike if you do not have lots of luggage. There is a cool waterfall nearby and you can easily hike to Minca from there during your stay.

Negative: Really nothing, we will come back!!
