Summary: On the surface a lovely quirky hotel and I had a great room and view. Unfortunately I was woken up by very noisy moving of furniture above me at 5am. This continued for over an hour. And it takes a lot to wake me! When I commented to the receptionist she said sorry it was the cleaners cleaning the roof top lounge above me. Really not good enough! I would suggest avoiding any rooms on the 14 th floor. Also for a pricey hotel mean on tea and coffee and no fresh milk.

Summary: Nice hotel, interesting, a bit different and very well situated. Staff were great. Only issues were (1) the room/suite we were given was directly below the rooftop restaurant…there was a lot of residual noise that would have been a problem if we weren’t jet lagged, and (2) the restaurant itself which was chaotic disorganized and unacceptably slow when we dined there.

Restaurant and Rooftop bar both offered a variety of excellent food and drink with amazing views. Hotel clean and very well presented throughout with an amazing array of plants and decor.
