Summary: This stay is spectacular! The staff are exceptional, food was delicious and the resort is one of a kind. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, waking up to howler monkeys outside our patio in the trees was very memorable. The pools, waterslide and waterfall drop were so much fun. Our stay included breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. I would highly, highly recommend this stay.

Summary: The 3 star rating is for the lack of lighting on the hotel grounds at night, which made finding the reception desk very difficult. The extra blanket was scratchy & very thin. There are no signs that you can see at night. The room is spacious, cool & comfortable. Breakfast is included & delicious. Staff is friendly. If you have limited mobility this is not the place for you.

Summary: The resort was spectacular. The pools were fun. The grounds were beautiful. The restaurant was just okay. We had a better selection and dramatically lower prices in town. We only had hot water one of the three days we were there. The private beach was very nice.
