Positive: The staff at reception was very helpful. They provided the room as soon as it was available. During unexpected rains, they provided an umbrella too.

Negative: The room doesn't do justice to its pricing. I checked different hotels in similar price range and they were much more appealing. It was just a room with a bed and a bathroom. Lift was so small that only two people can fit in at a time. Mattress are spring ones. Not at all comfortable.
