Positive: Convenient location and easy to find. Comfortable room as well
Negative: Parking was in the cellar and we found the gate locked many a time to access the lift from cellar. It was an inconvenience to carry a sleeping kid all the way out from the car parked in the cellar to the lobby area and then go to the room! Bigger concern was that we found cockroaches in the room, especially in the bathroom! This needs to be managed better by the hotel management
