Summary: Be extra cautious - Pictures and photos of room and reality is different. Upon complain at front desk they rather fought with us than fixing it.. Very useless and non-co-operative host/hotel staff. I cancelled my stay mid-way and moved to another hotel. Only good thing about this hotel was the location. Nothing else worth praising about. Assumed "Treebo" as a company would do a fair evaluation of the employees/staff and the hotel.

Summary: Parking is bit tight. Rooms are clean, but pretty old. Checkin was a breeze. Staff were courteous.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay. My room was upgraded with no additional cost. The staff was easy-going, helpful, and pleasant in their demeanour. I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent. Just please remember to clean and dust the AC. Thanks.

Summary: The rooms are neat & clean with good natural lighting. The breakfast at the restaurant however was not great as we had to wait for a long time for the food to be served. Poori & Idli had finished and took time to be replenished, dosa's took nearly 45 minutes to prepare. So the restaurant breakfast service has been rated poor.
