Positive: Very clean and modern property, you will find absolutely everything beneficial in this location. The airport is quite close but there was no problem with the noise of the planes.
Negative: Being a more modern kitchen, more than 3 people cannot eat together and the jacuzzi has a too strong smell of chlorine (due to the solution for checking the Ph), for an adult it is ok but not for children.
Summary: The stay was extraordinary overall, it is worth it in the summer season due to the benefits that the property offers. I

Positive: What a lovely place ! Very light and airy, exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Extremely secure padlocked gated private drive, very well lit outside areas with plenty of parking right next to the building. Easy access using lock box for the keys to be collected. Great view of extensive garden looking out on to hot tub, that was ready and waiting. Plenty of outdoor seating. We took a toddler with us who enjoyed looking at the planes taking off from nearby airport. Noise was no issue at all. planes do not takeoff at night either. Underfloor heating ensured everywhere was warm and cosy. Unfortunately we ended up leaving our large bag of art pens at the property when we left. Charlie from staycation and the owners went out of their way to get them back to us, by helping us arraigning a pick up from Parcelforce and boxing up the bag themselves. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

Positive: Very spacious, modern home, sunny outdoor area with a big garden and more than enough on-site parking.. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite, which gave each couple their own privacy. We had plans to explore the local area, but we chose to stay at Tree Tops the entire weekend because it was so relaxing and had all the facilities we needed.
Negative: Booking.com advertised Tree Tops with a BBQ. On arrival, we called the owner, Mel, who apologised, politely advising us that BBQ facilities are only available during certain months of the year. However, Mel gave us permission for an alternative option, which worked out perfectly. *My personal suggestion is to please provide a pot scourer, a broom, and a variety of cleaning agents*

Positive: The hosts were excellent, they provided full details prior to arrival, I just didn't read them! Even so, they were excellent and supportive in getting into the property. The property is fantastic, even better than the photos suggest, they have thought of everything a traveller needs. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are fully equipped and comfortable. Showers are excellent. Great views out on to the golf course and surrounding area.
Negative: There is nothing not to like.
Summary: A real gem of a property, close to the airport and Bristol.

Positive: I was super impressed with everything about the property from the beautiful setting to the decor, and much more. It was so clean with everything you needed. The beds were comfortable with a TV in every bedroom and with an on suite in each room you had privacy. There was easy access to the front door with no steps which was beneficial for my 90 year old dad. The garden was secluded and well kept and the golf course was just behind so it wasn’t overlooked as there were bushes all around. It’s very close to the airport but surprisingly the planes weren’t a problem noise wise. Please try Tree tops for a beautiful stay you won’t be disappointed.
Negative: Maybe the automatic lights in the on suites were a little annoying as they would stay on for quite a while after using the bathroom.
