Positive: Very well maintained hotel with attention to details. Room and bathroom spacious, comfortable and clean, very pleasant smell in the room. Amazing view from the room and from the overall property. Very good food, lots of choice and high quality. Since it is far away from the city and on top of a hill, you can enjoy peace and tranquillity (keep in mind that you need a driver to reach the property). The service is good and fast but…

Negative: The staff is friendly but a bit invasive; sometimes you feel like observed, they are very attentive but even too much: they knock on the door just to know if everything is ok. Most of the time it is very difficult to communicate with them since they speak a very poor English. The reservation management is very insistent (several calls and messages at any time, days before arrival) and they are not following booking.com policy (even though involving of booking customer service). They refused twice my perfectly functioning credit card since they wanted to have all the payment in advance via a WhatsApp link. Unprofessional and stressful. The property doesn’t have a spa, as the name and the details on booking might suggest. Very disappointing.
