Summary: Hadn't had a bath in 2 years and that in itself was such a pleasure.....the people were friendly and sharing. If only we had known that we could have ordered fish and chips for dinner we would've not stopped in town to eat and lost a whole hour of relaxing !!

Summary: Had a lovely stay here (on the night of my birthday). House is beautiful, hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome. It has a lovely balcony to sit on looking out on to the garden and through the trees whilst sipping on a glass of wine. The kitchen and dining area was nice and open and we sat there that night, after going out for for dinner, chatting away with some of the other guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The B&B is modern, comfortable and pleasant in the wooded surrounds close to Toodyay. Our room was large with plenty of storage space for clothes. The ensuite bathroom was modern and beautiful. We highly recommend the room which includes the bath as it has its own balcony and is very well set out. There is plenty of parking space and the tree surrounds are home to much birdlife. The proprietor, Ray, goes out of his way to ensure his customers enjoy there stay there. He is very helpful and we had a good time there due to his care for our needs. We highly recommend this B&B.

Summary: This is a lovely B&B. Comfy bedroom with nice ensuite, and veranda overlooking a rural landscape. Fantastic large shared living area with everything you need including a log fire for those cool nights. Breakfast was great and your host is one helluva friendly bloke. Next time we will stay for couple of nights. You will love Toodyay. It is a really nice, albeit small country town. Tree Lodge just added to the experience

Summary: If you want the best overnight stay in Toodyay, you won't do better than to experience the beautiful setting Tree Lodge occupies. The trees, the gardens, the bird life ... you'd be forgiven for thinking you are out of town. But you'd be wrong! This three acres of loveliness is conveniently right next to town, and so easy to find. Ray is a gentleman. His attention to detail is unwavering. He knows Toodyay well, and he'll steer you right. He is the perfect host. As for the property, you really won't want to leave. It's generous, modern, luxurious, sensibly laid out, and clearly designed with impeccable taste. You won't get lost, I promise. Also, on a fairly brisk mid-winter evening, the wood fire and underfloor heating were just what the doctor ordered. I don't think I've ever watched England play in a World Cup match in nicer company or better surrounds. Ray, thank you! Slept like a log, woke to a beautiful sunny day, and a scrumptious and super healthy breakfast. Tree Lodge is a wonderful discovery. You will be so glad you stayed there. If, like me, you do a lot of business travel, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet, and the chance to unwind. Tree Lodge is an oasis of calm, and I left feeling refreshed. More than that, though. I left thinking what a special human being Ray is, and grateful he was able to accommodate me. Oh, and England won, but it's early days in the 2018 World Cup, with a few more games to go...

Summary: Only stayed one night, but the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom had underfloor heating. A very nice continental breakfast was included in the price (which was also reasonable).

Summary: Overall very good. Continental breakfast was great. Host was friendly and very helpful and gave good advice about local cafes and restaurants. Minor suggestion for improvement - provide small soaps and shampoos in shower.
