Positive: Beautiful location. Sadly, we had to evacuate after 3 of 7 days because of a devastating wildfire. Don’t know if Polly’s Perch survived. Would expect a complete refund for the 4 days we were unable to enjoy.

Negative: Did not have a propane outdoor grill!

Summary: Excellent venue! Wildfire ended it after just 3 days.

Positive: Loved that it was in the Lincoln National forest. Quiet and pleasant stay. Cabin isa well loved family home. I’m sure lots of memories have been made there. Was pretty clean with the exception of the loft carpet. Enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the hummingbirds and deer. Evolve or whoever the rental company charges a lot for cleaning fees. The original amount for the cabin was amazing until they almost doubled the cost with the cleaning fee and service fee. Have stayed in much larger places for longer and paid less. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: As mentioned, the cleaning fee was a lot and didn’t like the fact that it doubled the cost of our 3 night stay.

Summary: Homey cabin in the forest.

Positive: Very clean and cosy for a family get away..my kids love the second floor and the view was amazing..

Negative: GPS took us through a rough way up the hill and it was snowing ..the next day we have to leave the cabin could even drive down the drive way my SUV it just slide down the drive way... little bit scary for been my first time... called Jonathan and he helped us get out to the main road ...other than thank we had an adorable time ...
