Positive: We highly recommend chosing Treci2023 for your vacation. The house is situated  in a quiet, private neighbourhood  in which you have acces  after passing a barrier.  Due to this the beach of the "village" is not crowded  and you feel safer.  You do not see the sea from the house, if it is calm you can't even hear it, but is close (we timed it and it was 8 minute slow walk to the beach).  Very nice beach, with sand, smooth entry, no rocks and when the sky is clear it offers you a perfect Etna  view. The place is as described, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen with everything  you would need for cooking and serving  food and drinks for 6-8 people. It also has a washing mashine and AC in every bedroom and in the kitchen area. Comfortable beds, with clean white bed sheets and towels. Outside there is a barbecue and showers to use after the  beach,  so you avoid bringing sand inside. Carmelo, the host, is  customer oriented, very kind and helpful.  He waited for us  for a late check-in at no extra costs, he left for us bottled water,  one bottle of wine, coffee and  ice in the freezer.  He also bought for us fresh fish and gave us an extra hour for the check-out. We recommed you to  also rent  the car from the  house. You will understand why when you will drive in Catania (very crowded city).  We liked it and would choose this accommodation again because it is a good starting point for visiting Sicily.
Negative: It's not a minus, but the microwave, although new, was a little terrorist. 😀 Either we didn't know how to use it, or it was of low power, I don't know, but having to wait 6 minutes to heat up a slice of pizza is too much. Markets and restaurants are not close so keep this in mind and  stock up  for dinner or breakfast.
Summary: We highly recommend Treci2023.

Positive: The house is an amazing place to spend a holiday. We only stayed for a day, but wished we could have stayed for at least a week. The pictures do not reflect the reality in a positive way. The house is spotless, two bathrooms, very comfortable large rooms with enough beds for a large family (we were 7). The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped (two coffee machines, micro, gas,electric cooker..really more than everything, even beautiful plates). Several large tables inside and outside). Finally a Sicilian house with actual blankets. The house had board games and cards, swing outside, even a few bikes! The garden was the best! Orange and fig trees. The sand beach is clean (as opposed to some reviews of the area and why we were afraid to stay here longer), water warm and cristal clear. It is closed for the Villagio and so comfortable. But no paid sunbathing sets, but the house had many "umbrelloni". And above all, the sweetest host ever! Carmelo is very welcoming, he even let us stay longer because we had a lot of time till our flight. He was very helpful, gave suggestions and made our stay even better.
Negative: I can only recommend this place! Do not miss it!

Positive: Good family stay close to the beach and a great base for exploring the nearby towns and attractions of this part of Sicily We had a great time! The house is well-equipped, clean, and spacious – ideal for a family or a group of friends. The garden is lovely, with fresh vegetables and a barbecue area, and the private parking inside the yard was a big plus.

Positive: My family and I had an unforgettable vacation at a villa TRECI in Sicily. We were greeted by very hospitable hosts who provided us with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The villa was very cozy and clean, and the beach was just a 5-minute walk from the house. We appreciated the umbrellas, chairs, and toys for children provided by the host. There was also a small playground with a slide and swings on the villa's grounds, which was perfect for our children to play and have fun. It was great to have this additional amenity available right on the property. Our kids loved spending time on the playground, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation even more. The diverse treats upon arrival were a pleasant surprise. We recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable vacation in Sicily and enjoy the beauty of this wonderful place.
