Our rental includes freshly laundered sheets and towels for our guests so you can save time and space in your car and not worry about bringing your own linens. Our premium professional housekeeping service deep cleans the condo top to bottom and sterilizes all high touch surfaces after each guest so you can have total peace of mind.

Summary: Weekend visit for family wedding. Owners were very communicative & accommodating. Hurricane threatened visit- and offered a cancellation, early/ late check- in/out. Unit was spotless! Larger bedrooms with comfy beds, large closets, & A.C. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens , blankets, and towels, Right on the golf course! Highly recommend!

Summary: When we arrived, the check-in process was good. The condo was clean, however, there were some items that were not so clean like the outdoor BBQ. It was very dirty and there were no cooking utensils. The kitchen was clean except for the cooking utensils and the flatware. The drawer where they were kept was dirty and the flatware and utensils were sticky and rusty. We wanted to stay in and cook a couple of times, however, this was difficult because we could not use the pots and pans. The non-stick coating on all the frying pans was scratched off and the pots were rusty. I reached out to Jeff and he was responsive. He sent us utensils for the BBQ and two small frying pans while we were there. Unfortunately, they were too small to cook a meal in for 4 people. Also, the week we stayed was very hot and the air conditioner in the master bedroom on the second floor didn't cool the upstairs bathroom or the second upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom only has a fan in it. My boys complained it was very hot the entire week. There were other small issues like the upstairs bathroom door squeaked and didn't close properly so you were unable to lock it. The lights flickered every time we ran the dishwasher and the chipped red paint on the front screen door was an eyesore. When I last spoke to Jeff he had indicated that he doesn't visit his property too often and I have to say it shows. Based on my overall experience, I would not rent this property again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Cape Cod! When we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, the condo was SPOTLESS, and the kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans, napkins, soap, etc. The condo had everything we needed for a week’s stay and it was CLEAN (which was a huge relief due to COVID and one of the first things I look for). The bed was also comfortable and the AC worked well. Jeff and Ellie were very responsive to our inquiries and offered good advice on where to eat and what to do while there. We would definitely rent this condo again.
