Positive: Loved the location , the marine life , the climate and the culture . What made this spot fantastic and comfortable was Shaun . Right from the beginning he was kind , welcoming and super helpful . He answered all our questions and recommended some really great spots (beaches , etc) . Those recommendations improved our trip ; for sure . Not to mention he was always available for a friendly chat .

Positive: It was in a nice location. Overall the houseboat itself wasn’t bad.

Negative: Couldn’t get hold of staff and their lazadazy attitude to fix things. TV didn’t work. AC was complicated. Didn’t feel like I was a valued customer, more of a hindrance.

Summary: I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

Positive: We were off to a rocky start with our booking.com reservation not showing up at the Resort:( I could not reach anyone at Booking.com. However, the Resort folks were awesome - they had us stay the first night in a private rental that was gorgeous and just the perfect answer to a long day of travel!

Negative: Only wish we had more time - we were there for only overnight and left early in the morning and would have loved being able to sit out on the porch and have coffee -- maybe next time :)

Summary: Probably better to book direct than use booking.com. Resort and staff were wonderful.
