Summary: The bath tub was disgusting! The drain had stuff in it that should have been cleaned out when they cleaned it. There was black hair all over the floor. Also there should be a plug for the drain in the tub for those who would need to use the tub if they have kids who don’t take a shower.

Summary: Night was prepaid (via hotels.com). I requested a room close to a door or elevator (emphysema and HEAVY suitcase), with no stairs. Front desk found me a room on first floor, but charged me an extra $15.00. Room had non-functional TV, one burned out bulb in bathroom. Although there was an ice machine down the hall, the room had no ice bucket or glasses. The soda machine next to the ice maker was non-functional, although it did eat 8 quarters without complaint. My stay was only one night, so I did not bring these shortcomings to the attention of the staff -- but couldn't wait to check out and get to my next (much better) location.

Summary: The room was stained. Floor was sticky. Tables were crusty. Remote was sticky. Bathroom towels and shower curtain was stained. Heat in room did not work. Lots of rust on fixtures. Bathroom fan not cleaned.

Summary: The lobby was nice, the person at the front desk friendly. I had to put a $100 deposit down in addition to payment for room. The room wasnt so great. The floor tiles were coming up and we kept tripping over them. The pillows were very thin, there was really no blanket on the beds it was so thin. There was barely any lights in the room. No cups or the usual items except shampoos, etc. Very few thin towels and one was very dirty! The toilet wasnt bolted down and there were many spots they missed when cleaning. On a good note, even tho the tub was slippery and my friend got hurt, the showerhead was amazing. When we checked out i asked if they needed to look at the room to give my deposit back. We left it in great condition. The owner said no. He asked if i had a receipt for the deposit but noone had given me any paperwork. I has to show him my online bank account to prove they had taken it. He then made me scan a qr code and give a review before he would refund my deposit. I told him i was a reviewer and would do it later because i was late for an appt. He wouldnt let me leave and give my deposit until i reviewed the place. I wrote a quick review. He then took my phone and added to my review!

Summary: Staff was very friendly! Building was old and dated. Very dirty. Stains all over the walls. Baseboard heating element layin on floor and a space heater for its replacement. Continually smelt of pot. Could hear every door shut and your neighbors sneeze

Summary: Honestly it was better than most hotels. I was shocked. The only issue I had was the noise in the morning. Some guests decided to play with doors it sounded like. From 5am-7am. I don't what they were doing. The breakfast shocked me also. They had pancakes, waffles, orange juice, oatmeal, ect but no meats or scrambled eggs. It was clean and have a diner right across the street. 20mins from mall of america

Summary: This was a place to stay no carpet in room beds mostly just frames bedding not clean stains everywhere bathroom had crack in ceiling wereheat had eaten through sink had cracks and stains everywhere before we cleaned it broken outside window heating was a space heater had to clean the bathroom and sink before use huge crack on toilet seat that was almost cracked all the way through day and night after a nice clean we took pictures of before and after there were people living in the third exit door way all their stuff spread out like it was their living room e bike plugged in close drying I noticed a few minutes after check in went to get ice ran into a vagrant kid in the kitchen breakfast nook doing something I startled him he immediately took off for the door no pop in any of the vending machines or snacks we had to get towels for our room again check making me think they never cleaned it I paid for a king bed and got two twin beds too instead everything was just off at this place from beginning to end they need a major overhaul of all the facilities we had trouble finding workers at all after check in until check out very strange stay we have been to dozens of place throughout Minnesota we visit hotels every other weekend for years the freight train horn from 3 am to 5 am or so was not soothing either

Summary: You get what you pay for. There are no bells or whistles, but if you’re not wanting to spend a lot and still want something clean, it’s a good place to stay. I’ve stayed here twice and will again if I’m in the area.
