Summary: This hotel is quite shabby and run-down. We were surprised there was no breakfast room in the morning- it’s just a bag breakfast with things we don’t eat. We had to buy our own breakfast items. The coffee machine was fabulous, however, and close to our room. We appreciated having an outside door for all our loading/unloading, but the noise from the second floor was unreal. Seems the floors up there aren’t carpeted? Every sound was amplified and people clearly make no attempt to be quiet. The shower was the other disaster. A stream of water so limp and weak that it took twice as long to shower. The first night the shower didn’t drain and I had to get someone to come fix it. The toilet paper holder was broken. There’s also nowhere in the bathroom to put anything- no shelves or counter. Not worth the what they charge.

Summary: Very nice stay, hotel is close to Walmart and Boston Pizza. But no continental breakfast as advertised I book hotels for the breakfast not a Covid bag snack.

Summary: Parking near your room was very hard as they have a small casino and patrons took up all the parking. Should have designated no parking in front of rooms.

Summary: I would recommend the Pincher Creek Travelodge. The price was great, and it’s easy to get to. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. A shout out to Bridget who phoned me when it was found I left my camera in the lobby after checking out. I was able to get it back quickly, so very grateful for that. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my first night was not good due to being in room 201 right above the lobby sliding doors, which opened many times. The staff were great about moving me to another room for my second night though, and I slept well. Excellent customer service.

Summary: The room had deep cracks in the walls that ran from floor to ceiling and from one side of the room to other. There were no USB plugs, so remember to pack a plug with your charging cords. The room i srayed in was about the lounge. I could hear the music and the conversations of the patrons. The conversations were clear enough thst i felt like i was part of the group.

Summary: The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. It was a great place to stay overnight. The one thing that was a disappointment was the breakfast that was included. It turned out to be a pre-bagged breakfast which was a little disappointing, as this was part of the reason we chose this hotel. It would have been nice if this info was made apparent in the advertisement.
