Summary: Asked to be on the main floor in advance and that did not happen. One day no service or cleaning in the room. Poor breakfast choices.

Summary: Pictures on the website is not a true representation of what the rooms actually are. Very deceptive. No chair to sit but there is a big unnecessary table in the room. Bed is horrible. Air conditioning is loud. Not good value for the price at all.

Summary: We checked in late while traveling and left early so a short stay overall. Walls seemed really thin - we were all woken just before our alarm by a vehicle driving in the parking lot with incredibly loud music.

Summary: We stayed at this property 2 weekends in a row (2 night stays) I picked this place because it was walking distance from the Hospital. The first weekend we had a really nicely updated room on the ground floor. The 2nd weekend, we had a similar room but not updated - and it was pretty dated. (Understandable if the hotel is slowly doing renos.) Now, when booking the room i did indicate through expedia that we had a child under 1. When we checked in we had a room on the 2nd floor, I was disappointed as that meant we had to haul a stroller up and down stairs multiple times a day. The clerk did help me initially, but it was a real pain in the *ss the rest of the time. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Cereal, oatmeal and coffee. (i also think ive been spoiled too much with some other hotels) im just happy we didnt have to buy breakfast each morning.
