Positive: The manager was very nice and the room had been refurbished. Everything was clean and comfortable

Negative: The breakfast was not fresh. The rolls, mini muffins were stale and the bagels were hard. We had to opt for making a waffle and the coffee in our room because the coffee in the breakfast room was pretty bad.

Positive: Breakfast was decent, staff were friendly. The bathroom was clean.

Negative: The mattress was uncomfortable. The room itself looked unfinished with markings on the walls where pictures used to be. When we got to the room on the first floor, the window was wide open. It didn’t feel like the safest area. I had to look under the bed to make sure nobody was hiding under there.
