Summary: Clean well kept facility.

Summary: Room wasnt ready when we areived 30 minutes after listed check in time. Toliet in room was constantly running. Bathtub drain was broken and could not hold water.

Summary: I feel it was ridiculous that we were charged $35.00 to check in early. When there was clearly no one at the property. We counted 3 cars in the parking lot. We came in from out of town and I fell sick and just needed to rest. We had to ask for blankets and then get dressed as we were told we had to go get them. We wanted to have coffee in our room in the morning and there was no coffee pot. Again we had to get dressed and go to the front and get a cup. We asked for a spoon and they said sorry we don’t supply any of those things. The inconvenience was not worth any savings. Which in the long wrong what we were charged was none. Very disappointed and we will not be returning. As we will be visiting Clinton more since we just had family move there. Reason we were visiting.

Summary: No drinking cups in the room. I swiped my card and paid twice for vending machine Coke. Got nothing for my $4. I asked the manager for a refund or my drinks. She said it wasn’t the hotel’s vending machine and to call the 800 number on the machine for a refund. Bed was lumpy.

Summary: All good u til 1:30 am-5:00 am. Very noisy. It is the people not the hotel . Maybe implement quite hours 1000 pm-0600

Summary: No coffee pot in room, no breakfast, no ice bucket in room. The only coffee was in the lobby, and it was only a Mr. Coffee sitting on the registration desk.
