Positive: The Staff was very helpful, and went out of the way to ensure we had all we needed. It was convenient having a 24 hour diner service, and the food was good and cooked fresh quickly.

Negative: The location was one hour plus out from where our main activities were taking place in Gillette. It made driving back and forth a challenge. However availability was scarce in Gillette and we were grateful that we even found lodging.

Summary: It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Positive: Dawn is beyond amazing as manager. I felt welcomed and supported. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Peaceful, middle of nowhere on highway. Loved my room. Penny's Diner is open 24 hrs. Cute

Positive: The location is unbeatable as it is on the way from Salt Lake City to the Black Hills of SD. We've stayed here twice now and although it is pretty standard with no fancy ammenities it is always clean, functional and quiet. The staff is very friendly.

Negative: The bathrooms could stand to be updated some day and being able to enter from the sides of the building would be a nice upgrade (rather than merely exiting from the sides).
