Summary: Breakfast was fresh. I expected a better quality hotel based on the name. Seems like quite a few people were living at the hotel. Also, the room had very poor lighting.

Summary: Everything was fine but your breakfast was awful and showed a complete lack of concern for your customers that are paying over $100 a night. The food was old fashioned and not healthy. Just really bad. The presentation was horrible. It looked like you didn’t want to do it but somebody made you. Everybody felt that way the morning I was there and I’m sure it is the same feeling every day.

Summary: This motel appears to have no sound insulation. The noises from both side rooms plus upstairs and outside were all heard clearly. The noises started around 10PM and continued into the very early hours of the morning. The shouting noise in the parking area went unchecked and caused us to cancel our second night. We don't know if staff was unaware or just ignored it.
