Summary: This was my second stay. First one was OK. But this one was mostly poor: broken bath door, broken water tap, and flies in the room. I hope they will repair and improve the conditions.

Summary: Made the mistake of booking for 4 nights, never even had a waste basket emptied during that time. No ice machine either. Would not recommend.

Summary: It's an older property but my room was very clean and included a minifridge and microwave (that looked unused). The check-in clerk was very friendly and confirmed that my special request through hotels.com (I'm allergic to feather bedding) was accommodated without me asking. I reserved 2 nights but wanted to leave early, and when hotels.com called the property they quickly okayed the early checkout and refunded me for one night. Quiet and conveniently close to Columbus. No complaints.

Summary: Not a big deal, but the description on your site indicated that there was a restaurant. There was one that is now closed very nearby, but definitely not part of the hotel. Staff was super nice!

Summary: This is under new ownership/management. They are working hard to upgrade. I stayed 2 nights. There are a few people who are temporarily staying long term, but it’s quiet and friendly. Overall, the room was nice, with TV, refrigerator, no freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, and safe. The space where the toilet sits is a little tight. (Probably built in the 50’s, but very clean and well kept.)
