Positive: Large open kitchen, kitchenware. Silent location, most of the guests were in deep sleep at 21:00. Great value for money.

Negative: Theoretically a loud guest can ruin all the calmness the place can offer - the doors are thin and cheap. Also mind it is a cheap place so don't expect too much.

Positive: The accomodation is newly renovated and clean, each room has its own bathroom, there is a shared kitchen with all you can need and coffee, tea, sugar... The room is neither big nor small, the equipment is new and beds are rather comfortable. Driving to the city center only takes around 10 min. Upon our arrival we called the owner and he came in 2 minutes.

Negative: The house is located in a rather shady suburb, between two car repair shops. There were probably some (foreign?) workers in the neighboring rooms and they had kind of a party in the kitchen at night and the sound isolation is not perfect - we got distracted from sleep. The rooms are in the first and the second floor without elevator, the kitchen is in the second floor. The owner only spoke polish - though this was no problem for us (Czechs).

Summary: Nice for one night, it would be perfect if there weren't our neighbors
