Positive: Lovely spot, hidden away and private. Cozy little house, clean and tidy, had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Nice surroundings with fields and trees, lots of bird life.
Negative: It was rainy so I didn't get to sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors - but can't be helped! Still a nice outlook from all the windows.
