Negative: The kitchen set up is a bit always with no sink but really not a big problem for a one or two night stay

Positive: Private, with own little courtyard, well-appointed, comfortable quality bed, lots of hot water in the modern shower, linen and towels super, everything you need to self cater, secure and nicely positioned for Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Simonstown, local winelands, or anywhere else really. Welcoming and attentive hosts, ensuring that we were 100% comfortable.
Negative: Unfair to be critical, as this is a great little apartment. If I had to really look hard for something, perhaps it is time to reno the garden furniture, but in fairness, we did not use it anyway. Well priced for December, maybe at another time of year, hopefully could be slightly better priced if more than a couple of nights, and regular guests.
Summary: Outstanding overall. Highly recommended.

Positive: Excellent suburb and as the name says Tranquil surrounding. Unit was private and surrounded by beautiful shurbs and trees. Loved it!! Hosts were very helpful (printing document at 07H00) and friendly.
