Summary: We spent a long weekend, and the place was nice and quiet, which I'm always concerned about, especially in hotels. Well and fully furnished with great amenities and a full kitchen. Excellent value and a perfect location in Winter Park, close to shopping, restaurant, and cafes. We will book again.

Summary: Although tiny, this place is perfect for a 1-2 people. In a safe location with sidewalks and in walking distance to grocery store and lots of restaurants. Owner is very responsive-attended to an issue immediately and beyond satisfactorily. Would be happy to stay in one of their properties again.
