Negative: Being picky, but for elderly parents the steps inside near front door and step down from Bedrooms into living rooms was a hazard and lounge suit was very uncomfortable as was the second room bedroom double bed. But as I said these are being very picky We were generally very happy.

Summary: Excellent because of location and it was all we needed and cost was ok
