Positive: Nice, clean, modern space. Bed was very comfortable. Very pretty, private view.

Negative: Loved the look of the space but the floors were really cold. Bring slippers or socks, but it wasn’t a big deal. The day we were leaving I found a fan/heater in the closet. I should have explored all the closets.

Summary: Clean, modern, comfortable, secluded space. Easy to get back and forth to Mizzou.

Positive: The accommodations were extremely good. The unit was very cozy. Loved the round bathtub; it accommodated 2 adults. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the unit. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable fee for the unit....

Negative: Would like to have had a microwave in the kitchen. Would like to have had some kleenex, dishwashing liquid, some kitchen towels that will absorb the water when drying dishes and washcloths to shower with. Wish the kitchen table was a little bigger. And really wish there had been a phone number available to reach the owner. Reason: we lost power in the kitchen and couldn't start fixing a meal. But she did respond when I went to her front door. No doorbell to make her aware I was there but apparently the camera system alerted her. She wasn't home but came to see us as soon as she got home.

Positive: The apartment was very new and beautifully decorated. It looked like a wonderful magazine photo with every possible amenity. It was perfectly clean.The owner contacted me to be sure everything was as we wanted.

Negative: Although the apartment was very modern and new, being in our 70s, we were not happy to have glass doors to the shower and toilet since these are in full view of the rest of the sleeping area. In addition there are two stairs up to the level where the sink ,tub, shower and toilet are located. This detail can be seen in the photos, however I did not look closely enough when considering our booking. It would be a perfect location for a younger couple wanting a trendy getaway.
