Positive: It was very peaceful. We loved the pool and view of the ocean. Had everything we needed. Good response when we had questions.

Negative: WiFi had been updated, but it is still weak in many areas. Better if available at pool. Could not leave doors open because black cat kept coming in the house. Son allergic to cats.

Summary: Was exactly what we were expecting, had a great time.

Positive: Fabulous location (as long as you drive and don’t mind hills) with amazing views. Property has loads of character and the outside area is a great place to swim and relax with a quality pool, beds, etc.

Negative: Whilst there is loads of character internally, it’s well-equipped and very relaxing, the bathrooms are a little tired and would benefit from some subtle modernisation. Clarity over house-keeping (eg, cleaning, clean towels, top-up toilet roll, waste removal, etc) could be better clarified to set expectations from start of holidays, but all worked out well.

Summary: Great hillside location with amazing pool & patio area.

Positive: Amazing views with a twisty drive up the hill. Lovely pool. We had some fab sunrises and a beautiful sky on the penultimate evening. Great host who brought things we recommended that we felt were missing.

Negative: Small barbecue but it worked fine for us though it’s hard on the back and and you get very hot whilst cooking. The beautiful oven in the picture is just for show. Sun did leave the pool in late afternoon. Could have better

Summary: Great location away from tourist scene. Accessible to lots of beaches and restaurants by car.

Negative: The wasps. Not enough kitchen equipment. Not enough shower gel, washing up liquid, washing powder and supplies. Downstairs no sower curtain so flooding on floor, lavatory flush not working properly, flickering light. p
