Positive: Fantastic choice for a family vacation, the accommodation was great with everything you might need, well located next to the square, communication with Giorgos was fantastic from since we booked and he always helped when we needed something. Kalamoti is a great place to stay in South Chios because it is quiet and you can always find parking as opposed to other villages, but it is only 10-15 minutes by car from all the places one wants to visit in the south and all the nice beaches. Of course a trip to the north ia a bit of a drive but most of the sightseeing and the nice beaches are around the southern part. Great stay!

Positive: A detached stone house located in the very center of Kalamoti, a peaceful village, on a medieval street. The house offers a unique experience of staying in a historic village home with a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom, and a terrace on the upper floor. Yet, all your needs have been carefully considered. The house is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, smart TV, fast internet, air conditioning on both floors, a washing machine, microwave, and more. Perhaps the best part is the tasteful decoration. The host is very attentive and helpful. The village is just a 3-minute drive away from the island’s two most beautiful beaches: Komi and Mavra Volia. Additionally, there is a restaurant, a bar, and a grocery store for basic needs. For a larger market and bakery for all your needs, you can visit the nearby Armolia village, which is only 5 minutes away. Everything was perfect.

Negative: The shower in the bathroom was a bit small, and the showerhead was broken. Also, although the kitchen was fully equipped, there was no frying pan.

Positive: A really enjoyable stay! the house is quite unique, the stone walls take you back to time, the veranda at the top is a great spot for having breakfast, and it is a fully equipped house. The village, while not touristy, is by no means inferior to the other more well-known mastihohoria...

Positive: Excellent choice. Right in the center of Kalamoti. Easy way to park very near. A whole traditional house with everything you want. Very clean and tidy. Good communication with owner, very friendly. Very nice view from the top, we had cool evenings there at a glass of wine. Very nice streets nearby. Quiet and clean all the way. Can accomodate 5-6 persons without any problem. The house is a dream. Excellent price. Nice streets nearby, two squares and a church nearby. Excellent taverna at 30m nearby. 5 min door to door to Komi beach and aprox. 7 min to Mavra Volia, top beaches! Will keep in our soul this accomodation, one of the best in Greece.
