Positive: The property was easy to access and was very private.

Negative: The stairs were very steep and it should be mentioned in the initial on line description. Also, the program for the heating left the property feeling chilly even with a change to the thermostat which only lasted a short while.

Summary: Pleasant enough although the stairs are a significant drawback to people with mobility issues.
