Summary: When I arrived to check-in, there was yelling and screaming going on in the lobby between guests. Apparently there were kids left unattended through the day & they were running around the building disturbing other guests. When I was finally able to check-in, and we made it to our room, it had roaches, it smelled bad and no TV remote. Complained to staff...she said we could move but most of the rooms were the same. She was very apologetic and embarrassed. Did give us a discount. 😒

Summary: It was like staying at someones grandparents house. Its smells like an old attic and the furniture has not been changed since 1980. This could be a cool spot if someone invested in it. The woman at the desk was very friendly and hilarious. She was great and she deserves a better hotel. The room was clean and the sheets were not stained but the curtains looked like a murder happened in there.

Summary: Gym was not in service. Had an electrical issue. This hotel has no elevator to get to the second floor.

Summary: They let me check in 30 minutes early without any extra charges. That was awesome. But when I got to the room it smelt like wet dog there was balls of fur everywhere. The room looked like a room you would see on one of those horror movies. I did call the front desk to ask about the ice they said that their vendor was broken I would have to go across the street to the convenience store. Then when I came back to the room I tried to get the TV to work and it wouldn't work and then later that night I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I checked out of the room on Sunday March 15th I did tell the front desk that they needed to exterminate.
