Positive: Hazel is incredible! Fresh bread and cakes, unlimited fruit, whenever we went out she always equipped us with some treats to enjoy. A truly wonderful host who cares deeply about her home and the people who stay in it, I also thoroughly enjoyed the chickens! We got engaged during our trip and she was sweet enough to give us a bottle of prosecco, she truly made it a magical weekend for us both

Positive: Very friendly and helpful host Hazel but allowed you space. Lovely setting, a cottage with really tasteful features, nice and cozy. Lovely garden with no of places to sit -peaceful. Had a real rest. As well as breakfast, you can get dinner there if give notice for a very reasonable price. Take a trip into Exmoor and to Coombe Martin on north coast Lovely. Positive: Bouquet of freshly picked wild flowers from the cottage garden was a lovely gesture, a pot of tea & a slice of homemade cake was a warm welcome. Hazel is a professional host who senses your needs. The location of this b&b in deep rural Somerset is a treasure like a really delicious book that you don't want to end. Gently, peacefully, relax with hospitality at it's very best!

Positive: Hazel is a lovely, friendly host & nothing is too much trouble. There was tea & cake on arrival and a delicious breakfast. The 17th Century cottage is bursting with character and the chickens wandering in the garden only adds to that. If you want a modern room with ensuite bathroom then this is not for you but if you want personal service and unique accommodation with the freshest eggs for breakfast, I whole-heartedly recommend Tracebridge Cottage B&B (there's good WiFi too so it's not that old fashioned 😅)

Positive: The cottage was very cute and characterful. Everywhere smelt lovely, very comfortable bed and sheets, lots of toiletries available, lots of thoughtful touches and Hazel the owner was so helpful and kind. She helped us with taxi no’s and gave us a lift up to a wedding we were attending close by. Breakfast was delicious - fresh eggs from her own chickens, home made bread, fresh berries, expresso coffee. Altogether a charming experience.

Positive: A superlative overnight stop: Hazel was the perfect hostess and her attention to detail in all aspects from the crisp white bedding to the cinnamon toast and cake at breakfast is to be highly commended. The cottage is a historic, beautifully decorated gem in a lush green valley. We will definitely recommend and return.
