Positive: Staff was wonderful and efficient. Lobby was good and breakfast plentiful. Overall everything was clean and of good value. We slept well. The shuttle goes the airport every ten minutes, and it was quite close to good restaurants and a 7-eleven. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Negative: The rooms were a bit dated and the beds were a little hard, but we still slept well.

Negative: Self check in is not very personal. Also the bed was extremely firm for myself - I usually don’t mind but this was more firm than what I’m used to. It was too firm for my American husband.

Positive: Convenient Airport Shuttle. Friendly staff. Clean room. Amazing Hot Buffet Breakfast (between 6am and 9am only). It also seems to be the flight crew's go-to hotel as I saw crew members from my flight at the hotel.

Negative: No complaints. It was exactly what I needed and more since I was incredibly jet lagged.
