Positive: Amazing rooms for the price. Shower had a 2nd rainfall shower in the ceiling and both showerheads could be used at once! Front desk service was phenomenal. We needed to Yamato our bags, and not only did they accept payment by card, they had a box and tape for us!! Very clean, housekeeping left new towels on the door every day. Comfortable bed and good a/c. If i was ever staying in Tochigi again, I'd pick this hotel every time.

Negative: The only downside is that due to the type of area, it's best to have a car. Station is an easy 10 min walk away, but trains don't come very often, so plan ahead. Closest konbini is about 7 min walk, next closest about 15, grocery store 20 min. Coco's is right next to the hotel and open until 2am, also a mos burger and a few other restaurants within 15 min. No problem for anyone used to walking instead of taking a car for short distances.
