Summary: The hotel is allocated at a prime location. Just next to the Fukui station. Good value for money. However, the front staff was not very happy. Don't get me wrong. They are helpful but not happy.

Summary: The staff were not accommodating or particularly welcoming I accidentally booked a smoking room They said for 2 days they had no other room And didn’t care that we were non smokers The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work The breakfast was very average unlike other hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in Japan I would not stay here again

Summary: The room was very clean and the hotel is right next to the train station--very convenient. Check in took too much time (my name was not easily found in their computer). Also, they were not very helpful about transportation to Komatsu airport.
