Positive: Great location - 30 mins drive from Killarney national park, 1 hour drive from Dingle. The house is for 5 people and has everything you might need including parking for one car. Aldi, Lidl and Supervalue are a short walk from the house. Great value for money, considering that accommodation in Kerry in August is always a rip off 🙂
Negative: The floors are creaking but it is a minor thing if you are falling asleep being on your feet all day exploring Kerry.

Positive: Excellent location, supermarkets nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom in loft and separate bathroom on first floor. Complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. Host was helpful. Supplied drinking water when there was an issue with supply and we had no water one night.
Negative: Creaky floorboards, beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was a water leak in town on the second night we stayed there, which meant we had no water. Obviously not the host's fault but it made our last night a little challenging, being unable to shower and flush the toilet.
Summary: Spacious house, great location, helpful host.

Positive: Great space, with everything you could need. The owners have taken time to ensure you have everything you could need for your stay. The location makes for a great base to explore Kerry.
Negative: The walls are a little thin and floor boards creaky, so trying to move around after putting the kids down is tricky. But this really is a minor issue for a great spot.
